With a population just over 3,700 residents, Country Hills prides itself on maintaining a sense of community as it serves to address the many needs of its’ varied residents. Catholic school students attend the Ascension of Our Lord elementary and junior high, and Notre Dame senior high school.

Country Hills Town Centre is located within the neighborhood and offers an urban sophistication while retaining a sense of retail charm with over fifty (50) unique shops, boutiques, and services for residents to browse. Those that don’t have vehicles have the luxury of being within walking distance at all times of a Calgary Transit bus stop that will take them to nearly anywhere they want to go in the city. There is also an LRT expansion presently in the planning process to provide residents with easy access to the subway line.
