The neighborhood of Sage Hill is one of five communities located within the Symons Valley area set amongst the rolling hills, abundant green space, and breathtaking mountain views known to the area. At the northern edge of the city, Sage Hill is accessible via the Shaganappi Trail to its’ west, 144th Avenue to its’ north, and the Symons Valley Road to its’ east. Sage Hill presently has a population of just over 2,000 residents, according to the 2012 municipal census which was a recorded 53.6% increase from its’ 2011 population of 1,425. The community is still in development presently and is in the process of being incorporated within Calgary city limits as an official Calgary neighborhood.

One of the newest communities in Calgary, Sage Hill is home to local shops and amenities as well as being the location of a large Town Centre presently in development.
